This is a wonderful role in a beautiful country house property situated in rural Somerset, not too far from Bath and Bristol. The site is part of a developing private group with ambitions to achieve multiple awards and recognition for their superb fine dining.
The Head Chef has an excellent background in classic and modern fine dining.
