My client, an independently owned gastropub is looking for a head chef to drive their business forward. Currently serving food to a one rosette standard this pub is very much food led and has been under its current owners for over a decade. The owner is very supportive having invested in a lot of modern kit in the kitchen.
The successful head chef will be happy handling fresh food, have fresh ideas to improve the current offering and improve on the business trade. They will have a good control of food and wage costs.
This role may suit a sous chef looking for their first head chef.
The pub would offer temporary live in if required.
