The property closed and refitted the kitchen in the last 12 months so is well kitted out. The property is a fast paced fresh food property where the head chef will help create the food offering in an operation that can regularly serve up to 300 covers.
The head chef will have experience in high turnover fresh food properties, with some management experience (my client would take a sous chef looking for there first head chef role)
You will be comfortable managing a brigade of 8, controlling staff and food costs and managing HACCP procedures
