Working in an historic property in the heart of the Cotswolds, the successful restaurant manager will have a hands-on role and work with the Head Chef to move the business forward. The Restaurant Manager will manage the small team day to day helping to raise standards and improve the customer experience. They will be able to show previous experience managing a small operation and meeting targets. You must have own transport to work in this rural location.
