Head pastry chef needed for a luxury 2 AA rosette hotel in Kent for immediate start with a fantastic kitchen and great team spirit in the kitchen brigade.

The successful applicant should have 4 star Hotel experience and preferably 2 AA rosette back ground.

You will be making the desserts for the 2 AA rosette main dinning room, conference and banqueting, & afternoon teas. Everything is prepared on site using only the best local ingredients to the highest standards.

This is a great chance for a senior pastry chef wanting to take the next step in their pastry career working in a very happy and confident kitchen team.

Due to the location a car or other form of motorised transport would be advisable.
