My client is actively looking for an Operations Manager to work in their small niche hotel and venue group.
Located within 15 acres the hotel has 60 + bedrooms and 10 meeting rooms for up to 200 delegates. The Operations Manager needs to be very hands on with running the F & B department and is someone who can create a sales culture and deputise for the GM.
The successful candidate will have a strong and proven hotel background and is looking for their next step up.
