My client is looking for a head chef for their high spec restaurant in Oxfordshire. The property operates all day dining with an emphasis on quality in the whole customer experience. The Head chef will manage this customer facing kitchen to produce a daily menu that excite the customer while being able to be delivered to up to 300 covers at a time.

 

The successful head chef will manage a large brigade to maintain high standards, while serving high numbers of customers in this all-day operation. A quality background where the head chef has dealt with fresh food preferably to a rosette standard is essential. An ability to show previously working in a high turnover property would be advantageous
