A Chef de Partie is required for a at a stunning 1 Michelin Star 4AA Rosette property in Central England. This Chef de Partie role is NOT in the area that this advert is being posted so it would involve a Chef de Partie that is looking to relocate BUT it does have live in available for the Chef de Partie role for only £50 a month in a stunning location of Central England.
You Will be working with a Chef Patron who has worked at a minimum of 1 star level and appears regular on the Great British Menu. He has a Chef de Partie who started as a Commis 3 years ago who is leaving as they have found a role at a 3 Michelin Star property in the UK so this is an amazing opportunity.
The shift pattern is not to crazy with at least 3 straights shifts which start at 2pm and 2 splits which for Michelin is very attractive. You will be working around 45 – 52 hours a week which again is appealing.
There is live in accommodation of a shared house where of course you get your own room, staff meals, shared bathroom and kitchen etc for just £50 a month.
