A Sous Chef is required for a busy restaurant in Birmingham, this role would be perfect for any Chef De Partie or Junior Sous looking for their first Sous Chef position or a Sous that’s looking for something different from your everyday.

This shift pattern for this role is three splits and two half shifts meaning you effectively have three days off. 10 o’clock starts and closed on Sundays, the salary as a package is offering £26,000 will lots of room for progression.

Perks of this role include 12 days off over Christmas closed bank holidays and lots of opportunities for moving up the ladder. This restaurant is in keeping with the times using sous vide methods of cooking and other modern techniques.

This restaurant uses all fresh food and there is plenty of play where the menu is involved. Constantly evolving as well as a lot of butchery is done on site, so if your keen on learning how to break animals down and honed your butchery skills or learn more about the dry aging processes as they have their own dry ager this would be perfect. This role offers tonnes of support and room for progression.  Christmas bonus and staff meals are some of the perks included in this role.
