As the company grows the exec chef is moving more into an area role so my client are looking for a strong sous chef who can grow into the head chef on their own in the coming months. The food is modern fresh gastro pub style and currently does up to 70 covers. The company have ambitious plans for the next 18 months so there will be plenty of opportunity.
The successful candidate will have worked in a fresh food pub cooking to a set standard. Strong management skills to lead the team of 10 and ambitious to grow with this company.
