New fresh food menu is already written, we now need someone strong enough to come on board and help implement it adding in your own ideas and creative influence. Not seeking rosettes, but fresh and local is an absolutely essential part of the plans for the future.

 

Owners are fully backing the property in terms of investment and maintenance, this is the start of something great.

 

Transport is important as the hotel is just outside Gloucester, no accommodation available.

 

25k basic annual salary, genuinely 45 hours a week. 2 days off every week, back to back, plus nominal monthly bonus depending on GP, Wage costs and Hygiene scores.
