We are seeking a Chef who can easily switch between the Fine Dining and the Banqueting, who is aware of cost control, systematic organisation, managing a large team.

You have input with the direction of the menus. A full range of state of the art equipment are available to you and your team, including Pacojet, Thermomix, 2 x rationals, water baths etc. You also have complete freedom to source ingredients from wherever you choose, but there is long list of existing local suppliers and artisan producers already set up and currently supplying quality produce.

 

Straight shift patterns, excellent holiday and benefits package.

2 days off together every week.

50 covers per night plus private dining and smaller intimate functions.

Bonus incentive based on food cost results.
