If you are a Junior Sous looking for your first Sous role, then is a fantastic opportunity to make the step up into a junior management role.

 

A background in more fresh food kitchens is desirable, but all applications will be considered and preliminary interviews held, as we have a variety of other similar roles which could suit your requirements.
