My client is looking for a head chef to open their new site in the Cotswolds. This Restaraunt has exciting plans for 2018 with restaurant facilities for up to 170 covers. The food will be high quality so 2 rosette experience needed. There will be a team of around 10 to produce this high-quality offering.
The successful head chef will need a minimum of 2 rosette experience, be comfortable building and managing a brigade of chefs. the head chef will also need to be confident in setting up and managing the HACCP procedures.
