An experienced fresh food Snr Sous Chef is required for a gastro pub using fresh local produce.
As Snr Sous Chef you will be managing the kitchen in the chefs absence, covering all sections in the kitchen on the other chefs days off and assisting the head chef on a daily basis with rostering, ordering, menu creation, kitchen management and of course HACCAP

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

The Snr Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involved in the following: –
– Carrying out the Jnr Sous Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
