A Chef de Partie is required for a high end fresh gastro pub in near Coventry/Leamington working within a small kitchen brigade. Fed up of hotels with all the conference and banqueting, afternoon teas, sending a wedding and then quickly getting ready for service? All you will do here is lunch and dinner service.
You will be working for a renowned Head Chef who is used to working at 3AA Rosette level and he has implement a really exciting menu which is extremely modern, different and high end and is the most talked about property in town.
This property is looking for a Chef de Partie who really enjoys fine food that is slightly different and away from classical cooking. This property is looking at purchasing another site due to its success and demand so there is also a chance to progress.
This role is stated near Leamington Spa and extremely commutable from Coventry. If away form the area this property has live in accommodation at just £30 a week which covers everything!
