High up on the Head Chefs agenda and philosophy is teaching passionate and hungry Commis Chefs everything and properly. You will not skip anything what so ever. The Head Pastry Chef here started as a Commis and has risen through the ranks correctly.
The team here are passionate, friendly and professional where they regularly go to supplier visits. The Head Chef Yes ideally would like someone with 1 – 2 Rosette experience but the main thing is your character – even a Chef who knows the basics in pastry would be given a chance.
This is a stable kitchen where there is just one position left which is for a Pastry Commis Chef.
