My Client, a food led pub in Oxfordshire, is looking for a head chef to manage the kitchen in this high end property. The pub has a real fresh food ethos, hanging their own meat and using seasonal local produce. The successful head chef will need to have the skillset to cook at a 2 rosette standard as a high standard is expected.

 

The successful head chef will have good management skills to keep the 8 man team motivated and reaching the standard required. The kitchen has recently been refurbished so the chef will have a well kitted kitchen to produce their food.

 

The head chef will earn a salary up to £42k, help would be given to relocate if required. My client would look at a sous chef looking for their first head chef role.
