A Sous is required for a busy 4-star hotel near Coventry.  This hotel is part of a large well know brand of hotels. At this hotel all the food is sourced locally, and they maintain high standards utilizing fresh food seasonally. In this role you will need previous experience in dealing with large numbers and a background in hotels preferably but not essential. You will be working as part of a team of 10 chefs and the Head Chef who is a 2-rosette trained Chef. The working hours will be no more than 40 hours per week consisting of a mix of splits and straight shifts.
