A Chef de Partie Snr is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the centre of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume and in particular the Sauce section.

This restaurant is one of Birmingham’s finest where all the food is made from scratch, all local and top quality. Its located in a really fashionable and vibrant part of Birmingham city centre so getting here is no issue!

This is role is different to the rest as it is closed for lunch every day. It offers straight shifts, you will be working a couple early days simply getting some prep done and just one service for dinner and that’s it! So not splits required nice simple 8 hour shifts. Some days you will be working an early which means you will have the night off and also start on a Saturday at 3pm.

They are willing to pay £23,000- £24,000 a year which for a CDP is high. Its also closed for Christmas!!!

The Head Chef is looking for a strong Chef de Partie who can join him, a Sous and his Commis Chef but ideally someone who likes the Sauce section.
