The head chef will be coming to a property where they will enjoy plenty of autonomy in all aspects of the business, using fresh local sourced ingredients to produce good food.

 

The property closes xmas eve lunch and reopens on 27th and then closes again new years eve for the same period offering excellent time off over the festive period

 

The property is currently doing around 40 covers a day so it is a small team of 3, but the owner has plans to grow that to 4 if can start doing an extra 50 covers a week so is incredibly supportive.

 

This role may suit a strong sous chef looking to get further management experience with a first head chef role or a head chef looking to work for a genuine and supportive owner
