A sous chef is required for the main house kitchen in this unique boutique country house hotel near Leather Head.
As sous chef you will be required to run the kitchen on a daily basis assisting the chef in all areas of kitchen management as well as covering sections of the other chefs on their days off. You will be able to assist with daily menus and menu creation using only the finest local ingredients in this amazingly equipped kitchen.
You will be working straight shifts averaging around a 45 hour week with a decent work life balance. There is live in accommodation available at a very low rate both on site and nearby in the local town with a shuttle bus service run by the hotel.
