As a Commis Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

• Either two years at catering college or at least one year in professional kitchen.
• Good communication skills.
• Driving licence and own transport to commute to different assignments that we can offer. (not essential)

 

You will be responsible for and be involved in the following: –

• Carrying out Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Have good basic knife skills
• Maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Ensuring you work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

 

 

You will be working within some of the most high-profile venues from football stadia, hotels, theatres, restaurants and large events!
