We are looking for a junior sous line chef in this stunning boutique property serving only home-made food using ingredients from a wealth of local suppliers with meat from their own farm shop.
As junior sous you will be able to have input on the menu and to help create new dishes as well as assisting the chef with the day to day running of the busy kitchen.
If you are a senior chef de partie and looking to take your first steps into the sous chef world this is the job for you. There is live in locally a car would be advantageous but not absolutely necessary.
