A stunning new 40 million pound hotel requires a Commis Chef for the brand new kitchen. You will be working in a kitchen which is split into two so if you are a Commis Chef who prefers an ala carte service there is a role here OR if you prefer conference and banqueting then there is a Commis Chef role here as well – it depends what Commis Chef role you are after.

Either way all the food is fresh and made on site with 3 stunning new kitchens. You will be working straights shifts where the head chef does not allow split shifts on her rota. The Head Chef has worked at a number of Rosetted properties and she wants to teach and train all her staff correctly.

You will be given a 40 hour contract – you will be paid £9ph an hour and every hour you do over 40 hours you will be paid. THIS IS NOT A ZERO HOUR CONTRACT. You will be working for a renowned company with all the company perks such like above average pensions schemes.  You will get paid a minimum of £18,700 and then any others hours will go on top.

This hotel is also closed for Christmas as well.

Requirements:

Experience in a fresh food kitchen

Reliable, hardworking and passionate with proven record of experience
