A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established multi outlet operation near Sutton Coldfield. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume whether it be in hotels or restaurants.
The Exec Chef of this property is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade with the NEW FORMAT of 4 days on 3 days off. This is written into your contract its not a lie. The Exec Chef is aware that his chefs need a work life balance and it is happening.
As a Chef de Partie you will work 4 days and then have 3 days off, and the Head Chef try’s to make sure that weekends off are shared out accordingly.
You will be paid a salary of £19,500 for 4 days work and then any extra hours you will be paid £9 per hour which is a handsome offering.
This role is ideal for any chefs who have worked in any branded restaurants or hotels. Loads of support we are talking a professional brigade consisting of an Executive Head Chef, 2 Head Chefs, 2 Sous Chefs and 2 Junior Sous Chefs. So you can see the chance of progression and development here.
