Commis Chef -Fine Dining Restaurant- 24 Covers

A fine dining restaurant near Solihull is looking for a Commis Chef to expand his kitchen team. This is the perfect opportunity for a Commis Chef who wants to work with fine dining food for just 24 covers. As a Commis Chef you will be exposed to amazing seasonal and local produce, you will also be exposed to a la carte and taster menus only – there is no early diner menus, no express menu – the owner will not sacrifice his food for bums on seats.

If you are a Commis Chef who simply loves food and wants to learn this is the role for you. As a Commis Chef you will be working for a Chef with Michelin experience as well. Having worked with this property before in the past Rosette and Michelin is NOT ESSENTIAL, what is a must is your enthusiasm to learn.

No breakfast, weddings, bar food or conference and banqueting

You will have Sunday evenings off as well as Monday and Tuesdays off as set days and also they are closed for Christmas.

£16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience

Excellent tips in the region of £4,000 – £5,000
