A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in Birmingham city. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume ideally from a hotel background
You will be paid a salary between £20,000 – £21,000 but KEY to this is the company you work for. You will be working for one of the most high-end contract catering companies that is renowned for the food and style.
The main bulk of business comes Monday – Friday that when its staffed the most and at weekends it drifts off so its predominately Monday – Friday or getting weekends off is more likely.
It gets even better – you get Christmas off for two weeks!
The Head Chef is looking for someone who can handle large amount of covers – with a number of different outlets going on this conference centre is busy BUT has the team to deliver. This role is perfect for some with a Conference and Banqueting background or someone who has worked in hotels.
The shift pattern is straight shifts and working a maximum of 45 hours.
