Jubilee Talent are recruiting a Sous chef and will accept a senior Chef de partie/ experienced chef de partie that is looking to step up. Progression needs to be important for you in this role as you would be working closely with the head chef. The current chef would also be looking for you to progress around a year. This is a really nice role as the hours are between 45-47 a week, your input and ideas for the menu is also encouraged. This role is an immediate start.

 

This is a 4-star hotel located in Bristol with great menus and fresh food.

 

What we are looking for:

-Experience in a professional kitchen

-Reliable and hardworking

 

– Chef whites, safety shoes, hat, apron and knives

-Own transport is preferred but not essential as you can use public transportation from this location.

– Also the option to live in might closely to the hotel be available for the right candidate.
