Head Chef required to relocate to the fabulous Channel Islands and make your mark on this convivial new Boutique Hotel and Restaurant due to open next Summer.

Head Chef will have complete freedom with the menus, but with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients from the region where possible, the closest mainland being Northern France, so if you love classical cuisine with your own modern twist, then this is a huge opportunity.

You will be involved in the Kitchen design, leading up to the opening. You will help recruit your own brigade.

This is a dream come true for someone who wants to put their name firmly on the operation and establish their own name.

Passion, drive and stamina to achieve success are all required for this role, and your background should demonstrate this. Deliveries are infrequent, you might only get 2 per week so organisation is key. However there is a fantastic Butcher supplying your meat, and of course you will have a kitchen garden for your fresh produce.
