I am currently seeking a junior sous/ sous chef to join my clients Gastro Pub with rooms.

 

All the food is homemade, freshly cooked and sourced from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Alongside some great pub classics, the menus are inspired by the seasons.

 

The menus with consist of:

 

. A La Carte menu

.  Daily specials

. Sunday lunch menu

. Sunday evening specials
