This is a terrific opportunity for a first or second time Head Chef who is passionate about fresh food and customer satisfaction, to establish yourself within this well know branded operation, in Stratford on Avon.
As Head Chef you will take on responsibility for the kitchen team, stock control, ordering, profit management and control and all of the relevant health & safety duties that come with a Head of Department role.
