*Head Chef required for this global Hotel brand*

 

Head Chef will receive:

  • 45-50 hours a week
  • Salary guide £30-35k + negotiable
  • head up a full, stable brigade of 5 plus 2.5 KP’s
  • monitor consistency, costs and profit
  • manage stock, functions and schedules

 

The position would suit a first or even second time Head Chef, but ideally you will have previous experience in a Hotel working with both an a la carte restaurant and banqueting. If you were the Sous Chef, great; if you were the Head Chef, even better.
