As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the rosette restaurant
- Exceed guest service expectations
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
- Delivering on high service standards
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager candidates will:
- Operate with an unwavering passion for customer service and food
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised and self-motivated.
- The candidate will have previous dining experience in a luxury environment as a supervisor / Assistant Manager
