A Head Chef is required for a funky/quirky restaurant near Coventry. The salary for this role is dependent on the candidate but £30,000 – £35,500 is the range with tips on top of that.
This restaurant has a positive and exciting reputation where the Head Chef will have full scope of the menu.
Lunch is quite relaxed with small bites and for dinner the menu is ramped up – all fresh, seasonal and exciting.
As Head Chef you will be doing upto 200 covers for the day on a Saturday and 100 on a weekday.
As Head Chef you will have a strong team brigade underneath with a Sous, Junior Sous and Chef de Parties – this is not under staffed.
Any Head Chefs with a fresh food gastro would eb suitable here – but any experienced Head Chef will be looked at.
GP is very important at this property if you have a financial head on your shoulders you will fit in well with the boss here and be rewarded.
