We are recruiting for an Assistant F&B Manager to lead the team in a well-known luxury Hotel in Leamington Spa. Excellent salary starts from £18.400 p/a plus employee benefits. This is an ideal job for an experienced Supervisor looking for the next step or a seasoned Assistant Manager who wants to take lead a bigger team. Shifts are Monday to Friday day times.
As F&B Manager you will:
- Produce weekly Rota for the bar and restaurant
- Be in charge of shifts and ensure the smooth operation of lunch and dinner service
- Identify training needs within your team, deliver training and maintain training records for all restaurant and bar staff
- Consistently deliver high quality service and ensure guest expectations are met
The ideal candidate will:
- Have minimum 2 years experience in a Hotel or Conference centre
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for food and drinks
