As F&B Supervisor you will:
- Produce weekly Rota for the bar and restaurant
- Be in charge of shifts and ensure the smooth operation of lunch and dinner service
- Identify training needs within your team, deliver training and maintain training records for all restaurant and bar staff
- Consistently deliver high quality service and ensure guest expectations are met
The ideal candidate will:
- Have minimum 2 years experience in a Hotel or Conference centre
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for food and drinks
