A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract at a fresh food Brasserie paying £21,500 – £22,500. As a Chef de Partie you will be working with fresh food, seasonal and local to the Brasserie. As a Chef de Partie you will be working under a 2 Rosette Head Chef who will give you the chance to put input into the menu.
