Our client is looking for an experienced Reception with passion for Hospitality to support the Reception Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the department.

As a Reception Supervisor you will:
·Ensure all reception team members are trained to the company core standards
·Promote Hotel packages, facilities and products
·Welcome VIP guests
·Have excellent knowledge of “Opera” system
·Oversee departmental targets for the team
The ideal candidate will:
·Have experience in a similar role or environment
·Organised, systematic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
·A natural drive for exceeding customer expectation
·The ability to multi-task and manage your time
·Be able to make decisions and support the Reception team
