As an Assistant Manager you will be….
- Leading from the front – Ensuring that the team are delivering exceptional service
- Working closely with the Exec Chef and General Manager
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including payroll, beverage control and sales
- Manage reservations
The ideal candidate will…
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated
- Have strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Have at least one year experience as an Assistant Manager in either a restaurant or pub environment
