A Sous Chef is required for a stunning 14-bedroom boutique near Oxford. This luxury hotel with 5 in the brigade is looking for Sous Chef to join for the salary of £29,000 – £31,000 plus tronc.
- You will work 3 split shifts and 2 straights shifts which are either 9 – 4pm or 3pm – Finish.
- A salary depending on your experience of £29,000 – £31,000 plus tronc which is around £150 a month.
- There is live in available at this site in a fantastic staff house – your own bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room – some rooms do have en suite facilities.
- As Sous Chef you will be working under an exceptional Michelin background Head Chef who is extremely fair, relaxed but of course professional
- AS Sous Chef you will need to have strong experience on all sections – not necessarily on pastry but Sauce in particular.
- As Sous Chef you will be doing a nice comfortable 60 covers on a Saturday night.
- A Sous Chef with a 1 or 2 Rosette background would be perfect for this role
- This hotel offers it guests and a luxury fine dining menu with award winning front of house service.
