Assistant Manager required to join a newly refurnished Pub near Warwickshire
The position above is contracted at 45 hour week (although hours are flexible to fulfil the role)
Hours of work will vary; you must be available at all times including evenings and weekends
Salary starts at £20,000 up to £24,000 based on experience plus Bonuses and Tips that are usually on the £4,500 mark. Making a total package of £28,500 if bonuses are achieved. Experience in both restaurant and bar work is essential. Kitchen trained would be a benefit.
Management experience is essential although you we would consider a Team Leader / Supervisor who has considerable amount of experience. Specific training will be given in all areas, as long as you are keen and looking for a step into something bigger than your current role.
