We are hiring Hotel Chef de Parties to work throughout Gloucester, Cheltenham and The Cotswold’s.

As a Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

• Professional Chef Experience is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• You must possess a reliable & committed attitude
• Must be able to adapt quickly to new kitchens.
• Driving is a plus but not essential, as live in provided by the client.

 

You will be responsible for and be involved in the following: –

• Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Be confident working in high volume and demanding environments.
• Maintaining the quality of the food produced to company standards.
• Ensuring you work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
