This hotel is located in Birmingham city centre.
You will be working a 40 hour week – (maximum of 44 hours in December time)
As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for an award-winning restaurant, conferencing for upto 150 and a stunning afternoon tea service.
As Pastry Chef you will have to have a good amount of experience in pastry.
The Head Chef will also be interested in any Commis or Demi Pastry Chefs.
