Exceptional Restaurant Manager needed to join an exceptional team.
As a senior member of the F&B team, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Restaurant, ensuring a positive, collaborative approach across the Hotel
The successful candidate will:
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Have Management experience
- Be confident and professional in running and developing a team
- Have a friendly and highly professional approach to his/her job
- Be a team player at all times and bring a positive attitude to the job
- Have excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers
- Have previous experience in a similar standard Restaurant 2/3 rosette (and/or) 4/5-star hotel or higher
- Have an excellent knowledge of food & wine
