We are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade, working under a renowned Michelin Star Chef. The kitchen constantly strive to develop their ideas, taking inspiration from the best produce on offer.
The Senior Sous Chef will have:
Experience as a Sous chef or Senior Sous in a similar type of environment whether a 4 /5 star hotel, Pub or Restaurant
Preferably experience in a Michelin star kitchen or 3/4 rosettes
Want to work in a top Michelin star kitchen
Used to working in a busy kitchen environment
Passionate about great food
Flexible to work hours as required
