Chef de Partie is required for 2 Rosette property in the Bristol area. The Head Chef has created a fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who has character, passion and drive.
This is a serious rosette hotel that will be fantastic on your cv – you will be exposed to all areas of a busy 2 rosette hotel. This could be the perfect opportunity for a Commis Chef ready for their first Chef de Partie role.
You will need to have a good amount of experience of the hotel industry – restaurant, bar and key here conference and banqueting.
The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.
