Chef – Hourly Pay – Straight Shifts

 

We are recruiting chefs for to work in hotels hourly pay.

 

Relief Chefs are needed throughout Bristol and Bath to work in high quality hotels. You can work full time or just on your days off. This is also weekly pay.

 

As a Chef you must be able to work on all sections of the kitchen, garnish, larder, sauce and pastry.

 

You will be responsible for and be involved in the following: –

• Carrying out relief chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Be confident working in high volume and demanding environments.
• Maintaining the quality of the food produced to company standards.
• Ensuring you work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

• Following menu specification.

• Maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Ensuring you work within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

 

You will be working within some of the county’s most luxurious country house hotels, serving rosette standard and fine dining food. Through to branded establishments with a more corporate background.
