A stunning independent Rosette boutique hotel is looking for a Head Chef to join their existing award-winning hotel near Worcester. The salary for this Head Chef role is £45,000 – £50,000 dependent on skill plus bonus.
As Head Chef you will be running a team of 12 Chefs in the brigade plus 4 kitchen porters and the owner also allows the use of agency if required.
This Head Chef role at this stunning property has a number of outlets which includes:
- An award winning restaurant with food from the hotels own vegetable and herb garden
- A brand new café for the luxurious spa for brunch and afternoon teas.
- A new modern relaxed brasserie
- All weddings booked have exclusive use of the hotel
- No Head Office interference or menu checking
This Head Chef role requires a Head Chef with a hotel background who has been exposed to different eatery outlets. You will need to lead from the front, manager and guide.
