A hotel located near Birmingham is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the hotel offering straight shifts paying £21,500 for 40 hours (over £10ph) a decent wage for a Chef de Partie.
To add to this Chef de Partie role you will be working in a brigade of 12 chefs with other Chef de Parties and a flexible and fair Head Chef. This Head Chef insists on straights shifts, someday shifts, not crazy hours as he knows those days are over.
As a Chef de Partie you will be working for a hotel which has other perks such like free gym and leisure membership with access to the swimming pool worth over £1,000 a year, company’s food and beverage discounts.
Progression at this hotel very close to Birmingham is high in the agenda so Chef de parties can make Junior Sous within a year.
This hotel has a staff room which consists of sofas, dart board, tv and pool table which shows how much the management look after their staff. Sounds minor but how many places have you worked that offer this.
